If you live in Jersey City and have a passion for jazz, chances are you’ve heard of the Riverview Jazz Fest. The festival began as a small concert in Jersey City in 2012 and now produces over 100 shows a year for the community. This year, the festival runs until June 9th and you don’t want to miss out on these events happening right outside The Beacon.
June 5
West Side Arts & Music – Bring some chairs and blankets and enjoy the music of Larry Banks & his Molten Lava Ensemble from 7 pm – 8 pm in Lincoln Park.
June 6th
Madame Claude Bis – one of our favorite French restaurants in Jersey City will be hosting an evening of live jazz with resident band Manouche Bag from 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm.
